Finally! A little chest and pit hair! Just kidding (but you do have a "type"). I've been thinking lately that one thing you should work on is adding more variety to the amount of body hair in you illustrations. An occasional "treasure trail" here or there could help "sell" the age of the figures you're working with and add some variety. I like this image (good lighting, decent contrast in body types). So I'm going to nitpick at an amazing detailed level: the trunks. They are both falling at exactly the same place on their waists (with only slight adjustment for their height differences). Since the guy in blue is stretching back, his belly would actually become thinner and the shorts should sag down a little more on him, exposing a hint more skin twixt navel and pubes. And, upon close examination, their drawstring bows are exact mirrors of each other. Now, there's nothing wrong with any of this, but if you're trying to take your work to new levels (and I know you are), these are just things to think about. BTW: I know I said this in another post, but your portrait work is really taking off! I'm seeing dramatic improvements all the time. I'm VERY impressed!
